宇和島フードファイト！！
どうしても、南予の鯛めしを宇和島で食べてみたくて・・・おやつに定食（笑）
（他の郷土料理店はランチタイムが終わると夕方まで閉めちゃうので～）朝から通しで営業されてる こちらにお邪魔しました。
お土産屋さんもお隣にあるので便利かな。
さつま汁を食べたのは初体験。
南予の白く甘い麦の合わせ味噌に鯛の旨みがあわさって、柔らかい美味しさ。上品で丁寧な、猫まんま？w
ししとう？の漬物は謎な味・・・ラー油に漬けてるのかな。不思議な食感で辛子の酸味が何とも言えない。
南予の鯛めし(｡･ ω<)ゞ。
鯛が新鮮で美味しい。タレはだしの効いた甘めの味。このタレが美味しい。
卵と混ぜ混ぜして、鯛と薬味をいれて ご飯にON～。しゃぱしゃぱと頂ける贅沢な卵かけご飯みたいな感じ。
ご飯粒は おひつにたっぷり入って提供されるので大食漢な方も満足できるでしょう。
ただ、（普段お米を殆ど食べない私は、逆にこだわりがある）お米の質は良くはない。
土鍋で炊いて欲しいとまでは言わないが、ちょっと残念な食堂レベルかな。
