しらうお料理、いろんな調理法で出てきました。なかでも天ぷらは初めてだった。
＞踊り食い♪♪ 鉢にタップリ出てきたので この量は初めてでした。
＞天ぷら。 畳イワシみたいなパリッとした おつまみ系を想像していたけど、掻き揚げでふっくら。
＞茶碗蒸し。 ま、茶碗蒸しの具に しらうおが惜しげもなく。
＞じゅんさいの椀もの。
＞雑炊☆ これが最高～♪に美味しかった！！ 生の青さ海苔が風味が効いてて とにかく最高！
･･･あと、なんかイロイロ食べたけど 忘れた。
店は川沿いに建ってます。 目の前の川で、しらうお漁をしている時には見学できます。
ちょうど、漁をしていたので少しだけ見学しました。
町並みは‘ウダツ’が付いている家もあるので少し散歩した。のどかでイイ☆
