宇和島といえば鯛めしですが、今回はそれの変化バージョンになるのですかね。こちらのお店で、ぶっかけひぶりめしなるものをいただきました。日振島の漁師料理になるのですかね。
印象からは、鯛めしの食べ方で、乗ってる具が海鮮丼になってる感じです。ある意味贅沢な変化系の印象ですが、お値段は1000円とお手頃でした。
実際食べてみますと、出汁と卵のバランスはやはり素晴らしいですね。具がバラエティーに富んでいるので、味も飽きないですし、これはお得ですね。
