今回は夏季休暇を使って、四国旅行をすることになり、二日目のお昼ご飯はこちらになりました。Tabelogでかなりの高評価でびっくり。四国は確かにうどんのレベルは高いですけどね。
ここは手打ちにこだわりを感じますね。今回は天婦羅ぶっかけうどんをいただきました。甘みのしっかりとした麺でした。コシはさほど強くなく、讃岐というよりも、おおさかうどんに近いですかね。
天婦羅もおいしく作られておりました。店員さんはあせをかきながら頑張っておられました。
