福井にも、こんな料亭があるんですね。
先日、親戚の法事で福井に行きました。
もともと県外に住んでいるため、福井に行く事などなかなかございません。
その為、福井の町並みがとても新鮮でした。
そして連れていっていただいたのが、こちらのやなぎ町さんとなります。
福井の本当に中心部にあるお店です。
フェニックス通り？っていうんですかね？
飲み屋さんが集まっている場所にこちらのお店がございます。
ちなみに、法事で行っているため、どのコースだったのか・・・残念ながらわかりません。
ただ、わかるのは料理一つ一つがとてもきれいに盛りつけされていて、
見た目にも華やか。
それでいて頂いても味一つ一つが濃くなく、とても優しい味でした。
関西人の私にとっては丁度良い味でした。
また、お部屋に関してもとても清潔感があって、良かったです。
気軽に行く事は難しいかもしれませんが、今度福井に行く時はまた招待していただきたいお店です。

覚えているのは、ブリと甘えび、それと鯖のへしこが付いていたのを覚えております。
ブリと甘えびはさすが北陸と言えるほど美味しかったです。
まずブリは魚と言うより、肉です。
とてもジューシーでした。
それに甘えびは名前の如くとても甘みがありつつも、とても実がぷりっぷりで、とっても美味しかったです。
鯖のへしこは食べて初めて知ったのですが、福井の名産の一つなんですね。
ある程度匂いはするのかと思いましたが、ぜんぜんしませんし、美味しかったです。
