要請明けでほとんどのお店が閉まってる中、フラリと立ち寄らせて頂きました
カウンター席に通されメニューを見ると価格表記が無い！！
（少しドキドキしました）
瓶ビールと御通しの『もずく』を頂きながらメニューを吟味
注文したものは
【 お造り盛合せ 】
厚めに切られた魚が美味しい
提供時に魚種の説明はありませんでした…
見れば大概分かりますが、サッとでも説明があると嬉しいですね
【 梅貝煮 】
大きな梅貝が3つ♬
北陸で貝といえば梅貝ですね
刺身でも煮物でもおでんでも美味しいので大好き
【 牛スジ煮 】
丁寧に炊かれた牛スジは旨味が強い
アッサリとした味付けですが、けっして物足りなさはなく良い塩梅です
（量も多め）
【 牡蠣の松前焼 】
大粒の牡蠣が3つ
松前焼きは昆布の上で焼き、旨味と香りを食材へうつす調理法ですね
こちらは天火（焼き台、サラマンダー等）で焼いてあるのかな？昆布はパリッとして、これだけでもツマミになりそうですが、残念ながら昆布の旨味はあまりのってない仕上がりですね…
遠めの炭火でじっくりと下から加熱した方が好みでした
上記のお料理とビール2本でお会計は6000円弱
お料理の内容的にも、決して高くはないので安心して飲めますね！
（それでも価格は表記してほしい…）
がっちり飲む方だと8000〜1万円程度の単価になるかと思います
