北陸の食材を存分に楽しめる居酒屋さんです
福井駅から徒歩で辿り着けるほど好立地です
ここの素晴らしきは、ほとんどのメニューについて、嵩をお一人向けに調整してくれるところです
なのでお一人でもたくさんの料理を楽しむことができます
まず刺身が美味い、金沢の居酒屋で食べた刺身より美味いです
ふぐ白子の天ぷらは初めて食べましたが、これもイケますねぇ
衣の中のアツアツの白子がジュワッと出てきましたよ
お肉も複数あり、猪肉なんかもあったので注文してみました
カラスミや塩ウニなどの珍味も豊富にあります
とにかく30分くらいメニューを眺めては迷ってしまうほど、料理の種類が多いです
これは愉快ですね〜〜〜
そしてカウンターの目の前に広がる厨房の中は戦場のようです
誰も彼も忙しなく動き回っており、特に包丁を持つ大将は、僕が滞在する間に手が止まる瞬間が無かったです
久々に料理を楽しめる居酒屋に巡り逢えました
ただちょっと北陸にしては強気の料金設定でしたね
