福井出張２日目夜。
こちらのお店に連れてきていただきました。
店構えから老舗感満載です。
店内に入ると我々で満席になるほど大盛況。
火曜日ですよ。
やや読むのが難しいメニューから、薦められるままのお料理をいただきました。
その中でさんまの焼き物があったんですけど、最近、サンマが異常に高く、なかなか口にできないのですが、今回いただいたのは脂の乗りが最高で、こんなサンマ、どこから仕入れたのでしょうか？
お造りも焼き物も煮物を美味しくいただけ、日本酒も楽しめましたが、入りが遅くオーダーストップまで短時間だったのが残念です。
また行きたい！
