お店に入った瞬間一気に空気が変わりました
カウンターに座るとまさに料理人のここちよい音
丁寧に丁寧に仕込みをされています
日替わり定食で鱈の煮付けを注文
最初に味噌汁をいただきます
なす、なめこ、三葉の彩りがきれい
お出汁と味噌汁が心にあたたかい
次に煮付けられた鱈
やわからい鱈に煮付けられた出汁が絶妙に沁みこむ
皮もちゅるんとこりゃおいしい
出汁のしゅんだ大根
ほろっとした大根本来のにがみととってもよい
なにより白いごはんが抜群においしい
てりつやかおりと粒のかたち
もっちりさとほどよいかたさのバランス
かめばかむほどお米のあまみを感じるごはん
聞くと福井の水のきれいなとこのお米を竈で炊いている
ほんとうにおいしいごはんです
香の物にはちょっいと醤油がひとたらしあり
無言でおいしい食べ方をおしえていただきます
デザートになめらか和風プリン
