所用で一泊福井へ。
前日の夜遅くに着いたので、ゆっくりご飯は今日の昼のみ。
で、昼飲み。
予約しておきました。
あいにくの大雨で迷いつつ辿り着きました。
（写真、待ちきれずに一口いってしまったものがほとんどです。）
おつきだしの煮物の美味しさにまず感動
お造りの盛り合わせ、圧巻でした✨
大間のまぐろ美味しかったし、ブリトロもいただけました。（写真撮れてなかった、、）
忘れぬお店となったのは、キンキの塩焼をいただいたとき。
身が詰まっているのにやわらかい感じ（伝わりますかね？）。
もう一回頼もうかと思ったくらいで。
お酒は福井の地酒が豊富で嬉しかった。
紗利というお酒、初めて知りましたが清廉な感じで美味しかった。
梵の純米大吟醸は、品格を感じさせる美味しさ。
サンダーバードがなくならないうちにもう一回は行きたいなぁ。
なくなっても敦賀で乗り換えて通おうかな、それくらいのお店でした。
