創業大正10年、こんどの東京オリンピックの年に100周年を迎えます中華料理店です。 「身体がきれいになる」をコンセプトに地元密着で歩んで参りました。 中学の部活の後よく行ってた／ 高校の時バイトしてた 県外の大学に行く時 家族で食事した／ 彼女を田舎に連れてきた時予約したなあ／ 長男が産まれて初めて外食したのもピリケンだった／ 敬老の日の食事はいつも３階の部屋／ 会社の忘年会、花見の宴会、なんか節 |

この日のランチは「ピリケン本店」を訪問。
当店を運営するのは「（株）ピリケン」。1921年創業の福井を代表する飲食チェーンです。中華専門店の当店が祖業の会社ではありますが、「麺房つるつる」や「おそばだうどんだ越前」といった蕎麦屋も展開する地場企業でもあります。
注文はお得なランチセットを。五目ラーメン、かに玉飯にギョーザを組み合わせました。
味の方は極めて普通です。某中華チェーンの味と同じくらいか。しかし、この内容で価格が750円ですから、文句はありません。宴会用の席も豊富にあり、使い勝手も良さそうです。こうなると、行く動機としては地場企業の応援という観点でしょうか。郷土愛が試されるお店でした。
