全国にも飛び火!? 福井が誇る「焼き鳥文化」
昭和34年の創業以来、3代にわたって名門の味を今に伝える「秋吉」。「秋吉」の焼き鳥は、職人が一串一串を手作業で刺している。手作業にこだわるのは当然「味」に対するこだわり。鶏肉の部位によって固さが異なるため、手先の微妙な感覚で刺し方を変え、さらには素材に均一に火が入ることも計算している。通常は200〜400度の熱が一般的なのに対し、「秋吉」では800度の炎の根元で焼くので、肉の旨みが強火で一気に凝縮 |
福井県からすぐのところにある「秋吉 福井駅前店」さんに初訪問
福井県発祥の秋吉さんの直営店
PM5時オープンのところ5分前にお店に着くと大行列
約35名のお客様が並ばれていた
店員さんが出て来られ列の途中のお客様で一回転目は終了ということで40分から1時間待つ必要がありあるとのことで一旦断念
歩いて10数分のところにある「秋吉 福井片町店」さんに行ってみるとこちらも店内一杯で外待ちが数名おられたので断念
ぶらぶら歩いて良いお店がないか探しているとまた、駅に着いてしまい、もう一度こちらのお店に再チャレンジ
PM5:50お店に到着、外待ちはいないですが店内 階段に沿って約15名が待たれていて40分〜1時間程度待つ必要があるとのこと、待つことに！

大阪にある「秋吉」さん数店舗にはおうかがいしたことがあり、美味しかったイメージ
