Have the noodles gotten thinner?
I went in before noon, so it was pretty empty, and the cash register was pretty fast, but it still felt slow. Is it just me? The noodles seem thinner than before. They also feel less chewy. It's kamaage udon, so it's good value for money, but I don't eat it as much as I used to.
カエルトラブルで今日は空いているかなぁと思い、ランチで伺ってきました。いつもの安定な来客も少しすくなめ?と思うレベルでした。
なのに、いつもながらレジは遅く、ここで人溜りが。。。この会計システムなんとか改善できないの???
お陰で店舗内の客が座れるって、意図的に???
その影響なのか?今日はいつになく、うどんが柔らかくコシが無い。。さらにはお湯もぬるくなって美味しくなかったです。

I always think that Marugame Seimen's payment operation is the worst. Even though the noodles are freshly made, customers are waiting forever to pay. The noodles get soggy! Simply put, one register is not enough. If there were two registers, the payments would go through all at once. Will the store be full if they do that? I also think it's strange that the staff boils and serves the noodles first even though there is a long line.
