...d enjoy delicious food that is gentle on their bodies, such as genuine domestic A5 Kuroge Wagyu beef, special sauce, homemade soup and kimchi, and "Koshihikari" rice produced locally in Fukui Prefecture. Currently, there are four types of Wagyu beef: Brown Wagyu Beef, Polled Wagyu Beef, Japanese Shorthorn Wagyu Beef, and Black Wagyu Beef. Among them, Brown Wagyu Beef, Polled Wagyu Beef, and Japanese Shorthorn Wagyu Beef are quality-improved versions of Black Wagyu Beef, and all of the famous branded beef from ancient times (Matsusaka, Omi, Tajima, etc.) are Black Wagyu Beef. The well-fed, fine-grained meat is marbled with a kanoko pattern, and is tender and exquisite in both flavor and quality, making it the world-famous champion of meat that Japan is proud of. The meat we serve to our customers is mainly A5 Wagyu beef, and the owner himself has taken the time to carefully select it. Of course, the sauce is also full of the owner's attention to detail.
