今日ご紹介するのは「てがるそば」の「おろし」です。
福井の歓楽街である片町の中心にある「てがるそば」さん。
呑んだあとに、まさに手軽に楽しめるそばやさんなのだが、予想に反して美味しい蕎麦がいただけるのだ。
普通の街なら、このような立地で、なかなかいい蕎麦屋には巡り合えないもの。
しかし、ここはさすが福井なのだ。
カウンターのみの店舗。
ほとんど、ご主人お一人で、渋く切り盛りされているようだ。
おむすびなんぞもあって魅かれますが…。

鰹節タップリでソソるルックスでしょ。
蕎麦粉率は高くなさそうですが、蕎麦切りにはちゃんと歯ごたえが感じられます。
のど越しもよし。呑んだ後にぴったりの清涼感。
洗練されてはいませんが、しっかりしたツユの味。
深夜の時間帯でもこんな蕎麦が楽しめる場所、そうはないと思われます。
冷たく冷された蕎麦は、これから気温が上がってくると、ますます美味しく感じられそう。
