宿泊した宿のすぐ側にあったそば屋さんです。
ちなみにお店の写真を撮り忘れたので、翌朝撮影したものをアップしました。
お邪魔したのは夜10時過ぎだったかと思います。
先客は4～5名で、皆さん思い思いにそばをすすられておりました。
店員さんは高齢（失礼）の男性2名のみと、ちょっと変わった陣営。
しかし、このお二人がめちゃくちゃ物腰穏やかで優しいんですよね。
コップの水がなくなると「お水入れましょうか？」と気が利きますし、食後は「お口に合いましたでしょうか？」と腰が低く、こちらが恐縮してしまいます。
顰蹙もののドロドロの酔っ払いにも嫌な顔一つせず対応されていましたし、心の底から感服いたしました。
さて、おろしそばをいただきましたが、やっぱり飲んだ後に良いものですね。
ふわりと盛られた鰹節が香り良く、大根おろしのピリリとした辛味が食欲をそそります。
そばは風味がどうこうというものではありませんが、固めの食感で食べ応え十分です。
つゆの味付けはやや甘めで、酔客に合わせたのか濃いめな塩梅でした。
総評として、片町で飲んだくれる酔っ払いにとっては、深夜のオアシス的なお店でしょうか。
お店の方々も親切で気持ちの良い接客だったので、福井で飲むことがあればまたシメのそばをいただきにお邪魔したいですね。
