毎年恒例の山ぐちでの河豚のフルコースを堪能。
大将の腕の良さが分かるきれいなてっさを始め、白子にすぐに上げないと縮んでしまうかわ、そしててっちりに〆は雑炊と、河豚を丸ごと頂きました。
