Seafood Atom is a conveyor belt sushi chain in Fukui and other areas. I saw their Supreme Five Pieces on TV. I wanted to eat it, so I went there. The Supreme Five Pieces consisted of five nigiri: fatty tuna, grouper, pufferfish, abalone, and yuba. I started with the fatty tuna on the right side of the plate, which was delicious. This was a mistake, I should have started with the light-flavored nigiri on the left. All the nigiri were delicious, but I started with the fatty tuna, so my mouth ended up tasting fatty tuna. Everyone, start with the light-flavored nigiri. The fish soup is a delicious soup with fish bones, radish, and carrots, and has a light flavor. However, I don't like the sweet flavor of Atom's pickled ginger.
