「喰いものや 一心亭」
牛すじ玉丼を、オーダーしました。
牛すじの量が、少なくちょと残念ですが、ワンコインの500円だからしかたがないのしょうか。
たまごは、とろり、ふんわり食感で、程よい硬さになっていました。
御飯には、つゆがしっかりしみて、つゆだくです。
つゆの味は、薄目で、好みの、程良い味でした。
刻みのり、三つ葉も乗り、見た目にも、彩よくいいですね。
