【総評】
福井市内の飲食店が集まるエリアにあり、一軒目としての利用向きかな？
【メニュー】
「刺身」
えび、ぶり、いかなど、ごく一般的な魚介でした。
もう少し、盛りつけに工夫をしたら見栄えが良くなるのになぁ…。
「カニの柚子づめ」
柚子の中にカニが詰まっていて、風味もGood。なかなかでした。
「その他」
食事の際に出てくる、「わかめのふりかけ」は薄味で、たっぷりとかけて食べることができます。
だから、なんとなく健康的な気がします。
また、「そばアイス」はまったりとしていて、そばの味が濃厚で、そば好きにはたまらないものかもしれません。
