割烹「間海」、福井の歓楽街「片町」の中にあって、人気のお店。
店内には手書きのメニューが貼られ、そこにはメニューの素材の産地まで記入してあり県内産の野菜や魚介類を使ったある意味地産地消のお店でもある。
味付けは濃からず薄からずの、素材を生かした味付けになっている気がする。素材の味が良く出てる気がする。
宴会メニューでは、一品一品が見て満足、舌で満足って感じの割烹店らしいメニューで高級感がある。
二階に宴会できる座敷もあって、20人までくらいならOK。落ち着いた感じで飲むなら美味しいしいい店。
