The second shop is close to the first shop, and I will visit Makai-san. I switched places with a group of uncles and gals who seemed to be accompanying me. It's okay to go without a reservation. Although I was worried about the lingering smell of cigarettes and Chloe, I decided to enter the store. I love the handwritten menu. When I asked the owner about the sashimi, he said sashimi, squid, and Oyster. Milt, sweet shrimp, and white fish are all sold out. I wonder if there were a lot of reservations... For now, I had cold boiled sweet potatoes for appetizer. Alcohol and black soybean edamame. It took a long time to be served, so I thought it was freshly boiled, but it turned out cold. Chilling the edamame in the refrigerator will reduce its aroma and sweetness. I had Echizen crab for lunch, and since I prefer hotpot to sashimi, I ordered grilled Oyster. It was steamed Oyster. Fukui's giant fried tofu is also famous. Add your own soy sauce to the lightly grilled fried tofu and plenty of cold grated radish. I also wanted it to be a little warmer and have a little more seasoning. I didn't order any dishes that would show the skill of the kappo chef, so I haven't eaten enough to be able to comment on the taste, so I'm sorry for not being able to give a rating, but I wanted to at least have something warm. Anyway, the delivery time is long. There is no coordination between the general manager and the store staff, and there is almost no response when I talk to them. Are you tired?
