福井駅から少し歩く
越前ガニを食べられるおみせを探して入りました
店前に水槽があり蟹がひしめきあっています
蟹は、小サイズが居ないので、中サイズ2万円からとの事
中サイズで約600㎎なので、2人前ぐらいの大きさです
板前さんが水槽から引き上げて新鮮な状態で徴してくれます
調理法は、焼きガニ、刺身でお願いしました
炭火が用意され、自分で焼く
軽く火を通した蟹の足に蟹ミソをつけて頂きます
贅沢の極みですね（笑）
やや炭火が強いのか、途中から甲羅が炭化して机上が黒焦げの甲羅だらけになってしまった
さらに、焼き立ては熱いしむき身にするのも面倒
慣れていないと結構難しい
そして、蟹の刺身
刺身醤油に軽くつけて、山葵とともに頂きます
新鮮な蟹のうまみ、まさにとろける味
蟹身は蛋白なので、醤油のつけすぎ厳禁、味が消し飛んでしまいます
お値段は、蟹だけで20000円でした
何とも言えないのですが、確かにブランドといわれるだけあります
