A variety of exquisite Chicken Cuisine prepared by the manager who trained for 10 years at the sister Japanese-style meal of Suisho Main Store in Hikone City. In fact, I am confident in my fish dishes too! A hidden and little-known restaurant in front of the station where you can eat Nagoya Cochin, one of Japan's three major local chickens, at a reasonable price. |
福井駅から歩いてすぐのこのお店は、ほぼ飛び込みで立ち寄りました。
他のレビューを見る限り、いつも予約もなかなか取れないようですが、運が運が良かったのか直前に電話してすぐに予約がとれました。
お店に入ると、とりあえず生ビールとコーチン刺身5点盛りを注文。あっという間に完食でした。
次に鍋を注文しましたが、これが鍋の周りに盛り付けられた具材を食べる分だけ、少しずつ崩していくというスタイルで、見た目から食欲をそそる一品でした。
気になるお味はというと、若干薄めの味付けで、お酒が入ってた分少し物足りない感じがしたので、トッピングでニンニクを追加してちょうどいい感じでした。
鳥肉と野菜で薄味なので、ヘルシーで女性の方にはピッタリのお鍋だと思います。
