A variety of exquisite Chicken Cuisine prepared by the manager who trained for 10 years at the sister Japanese-style meal of Suisho Main Store in Hikone City. In fact, I am confident in my fish dishes too! A hidden and little-known restaurant in front of the station where you can eat Nagoya Cochin, one of Japan's three major local chickens, at a reasonable price. |
鳥料理よりもキャベツの方が良かったんですがダメですか？「翠翔」鳥料理の数々
この日と翌日は、過日受講した放送大学の放送授業「社会の中の芸術」で調子良く飛ばしてた青山昌文教授の面接授業があったので、夜の暇な時間をつぶさんがため(ぉひ)に、福井営業所にいる同期２人を呼び出して軽くダベることとしました。
19時集合で約束していたところ、Ｉ氏から18時10分頃にケータイへ着信が。
18時30分頃に電話してみると「ゴメーン、18時からと勘違いして先に店入ってやってるわ」とのこと。
18時40分頃に遅れて(？)入店します。もちろん、Ｉ氏でき上がってます^^;
もう一人の同期Ｓ氏は19時30分くらいにくるし…(苦笑)

とりあえずＩ氏が頼んで食ってた手羽先をつまみます。
カラッと揚がった感じで食べやすいです。
鶏刺五点盛り合わせ(1,380円)
時節柄、生肉を賞味される場合は……。
もも肉、ムネ肉、皮、砂肝、ささみの５品
個人的にはヒット商品だったキャベツ(280円)
確か、ゴマ油と塩で味付け
普通の枝豆(280円)
コーチン卵使用贅沢だし巻き(800円)
貧乏舌には普通の卵との違いが判らず……。
他にも串盛合わせとか野菜スティックとか写真に撮ったのですが、ボケてて使い物にならず。
福井駅にも近く、値段的にも手頃な感じはするので軽く呑むのに重宝しそうな気がします。
