【前提】初めて福井に訪れて、「福井の味を味わうなら」的な表現が多かったので(一人で)訪れました。
【雰囲気】店内すぐにカウンターがあり、店主に「一人でもいいですか？」と聞くも反応なし。何回か声かけをした後に気付いた一言が「あっ、どうぞ」とテンション低め。反応なかったのは、仕事に集中していたから？
地元の常連さんが楽しむようなお店ですね。一元さんには抵抗感のある空気かと。実際耐えられず、入店30分ぐらいで店を出ました。
ちなみに、お子ちゃまには息苦しい雰囲気かと。

【味】
刺身の盛り合わせ・・・サザエの刺身あり、マグロあり、イカさしありとそれなりに楽しめましたが、いたって普通。
銀杏炒り・・・銀杏を塩で焼いてるだけなので・・・まぁ、普通です。
【総評】
なんでしょう。常連さんが楽しむようなお店と言う印象を受けました。なので、その雰囲気と共に味を味わうお店かと。
正直、入店時の店主の対応で味が半減してしまった気がします。やはり、雰囲気も大事だなぁとしみじみ感じさせられました。
