福井出張時に、福井の鮮魚を食べたくて検索し出てきたこちらの
店舗に伺いました。
近隣はあまり営業していなかったのか暗い印象がある中で、越前鮮魚店
の明るさが際立っており、来店しました。
雰囲気も良く、入店時からの印象も良くおすすめを伺いながら注文させて
頂きました。
おすすめの中で、ズボガニ？というおすすめをされたので伺ったところ
脱皮したての蟹との事で柔らかい蟹のようで、ずぼっと抜ける事からズボガニ
との事でした。
気になって注文しましたが、剝き方を教えて頂き食べてみると味に驚きました。
これまで食べていた蟹と異なり、感動しました。
また、おすすめして頂いたガサエビも入口にありましたが、新鮮で大きく
美味しい海老でした。
地域のものも堪能し、帰ろうと思うと最後にしじみの味噌汁をサービスで
頂きました。
温かい心遣いに更に感動しました。
福井に来た際には、必ず寄らせて頂こうと思いました。
