日替わりだから、何が出てくるのかわからない・・・
この日は、お寿司が６貫。
ぶり、サーモン、鯖、ゲソ、卵、いなり。
いなりは、バーガーで炙ってあります(@_@)
廻り寿司を食べるより、ここで じっくりお寿司を食べるのが良さそうです(*^^)v
だって、ネタは新鮮、プリプリです！
それから、ちょこっとづつ前菜３種。
アラ汁。
茶わん蒸し。
なすとお豆と、春雨とミンチの炒め物。
内容は、これで充分なんだけど！
鯖江店、越前店の方が、まだまだ充実していたような・・・欲張りかしら＾＾；

ひさしぶりだ～！
私は、麺定食を！
てんぷら、お寿司、お蕎麦のセット（メニューでは）。
でも、出てきたのは、お惣菜三種と 茶わん蒸しまで付いていたんで、
すごく得した気分。
でも、全部食べられるのかなあ・・・不安。
結果的には、すべて食べていたけどね(#^.^#)
お寿司のイカの上には、金粉がのっていて 誠ゴージャス。
カニの上には、レモン。ふんわりとして甘いカニと、酸っぱいレモンが 非常に合います(*^^)v
他には、サーモン 鯛 ふくらぎ トロがありますが、いずれも嗜好工夫してあります。
お蕎麦も、蕎麦色が濃く、こしもあります。
すごく、満足です。
だんなさんは、海鮮彩りひつまぶしにしました。
これにも、お惣菜3種と、茶わん蒸しが付いていました。
海鮮ひつまぶし、まずは、お醤油をかけてそのまま いただきます。
その次は、柚子味噌、海苔などの薬味を入れて。
またまた、その次は、熱いお出汁をかけまして～お茶漬けにして、完食～！
カウンターもありますが、個室も多いので このお店も ゆっくりと食べることができます。
