Located on the 3rd floor of Elpa Plus in Owada-cho, Fukui City, "Kyushu Dojo" is a Kyushu cuisine restaurant, just as its name suggests. When we visited on Saturday, we had to wait 30 minutes as reservations were given priority. When we arrived within 30 minutes, they let us in, but it took more than 30 minutes from the time of our order for the uncooked hot pot to arrive. Having kept us waiting too long, my companion was about to leave. The Shima Volcano Butayama Hot pot is perfect for Instagram, but inside the meat is cabbage and bean sprouts.
