The fresh fish delivered directly from Echizen Port at the end of the evening is extremely fresh! You can fully enjoy the transparency of the freshness and the plump texture and flavor. In addition to fish dishes and Echizen crab, the course menu offers Japanese-style meal made with luxurious seasonal ingredients such as the fruits of the mountains of Fukui Prefecture, Wakasa beef, and Fukui pork. Our wide variety of all-you-can-drink courses are recommended for various banquets. If you have any requests, such as wanting to change the menu to include ingredients you don't like, please feel free to let us know when making a reservation.

The first thing you should try is the "Echizen crab" that was just caught on the same day at Echizen fishing port. We only use Echizen crabs with yellow tags, which is proof of the Fukui brand. The fresh taste with sweetness and umami is due to its freshness.
