荒島岳登山後、2つの城跡巡りも強行し、夜になってようやくまともな食事に。腹ペコでかけつけた駅前ビル一階。店周辺にたくさんの待ってる人が、、、
とにかく待つ。席に座れてからも待つ。腹ペコなだけに待つ時間も長く感じました。到着から食事まで30分以上。
蕎麦はこの旅２食目。前日の反省いかせず、おろし蕎麦ではなく、トップメニューの「そば三昧」を頼んでしまう。つけ汁はおろし、わさび、とろろ。麺は平麺。
昨日の好太郎よりは美味しい。「そうそうこんな感じ」とマイルドな爽快さを楽しめました。わさびもとろろもまずまずで、とろろ汁はそのまま飲み干してしまいました。
でも少し整いすぎていて、チェーンっぽい安定感がある。というかそれは自分の選択ミスで、やはりおろし蕎麦を注文するべきだったか。貧乏性がそうさせるのか。
昔、勝山や大野で昔ながらの食堂で食べたおろし蕎麦は美味しかったなぁ。ま。今回は初見ということで何事も経験です。
