普段薬味のネギは蕎麦の香りを分かりずらくするから 蕎麦湯を使う時まで使わない
でも この盛付だと 強制的に使う事になった
ちょっと不安だったけど 個性的なつけ汁がネギの香りをまろやかにして しっかりした歯ごたえの蕎麦は香り高く 負けて無かった
おいしかったです ごちそうさまでした。
