旅行で伺いました。禁煙で魚と日本酒が楽しめる所、という目線で店をチョイス。地図がやや分かりづらいので大回りしてしまいましたが、無事時間前に到着。まずは造り盛り、色々食べたいのであえて1人前で頼みましたが快く提供くださいました。肉寿司、若狭牛の炙り、なめろう、牡蠣酢、牡蠣フライ、クリームコロッケ、へしこ、と大当たりが続きます。日本酒を2種頼みましたが個人的には白龍の純米吟醸が特に美味く感じました。〆の蕎麦と炒飯はどちらも旨いですが、蕎麦は手打ちだそうで、味付けも含めて素晴らしくおかわりしてしまいました。福井にはそうそう伺う機会がありませんが、あれば是非リピートしたい。ご馳走様でした！
