今回、Table Checkさんから予約訪店
2018.07オープンの新進気鋭ながら、すでに予約困難になりつつある人気店へ、ミシュラン北陸星一つ
時間になり全席同時スタートです。
店内は細部までこだわりのある和内装、全体がオープンになっていて、L字カウンター7席のみです。

全十二品の会席料理＋お土産(おにぎり)＋まかない
お酒は飲み物メニューを見て注文するのですが、素晴らしい銘酒揃いラインナップ！メニュー以外にも隠し酒があり、応相談可とのこと、通常で地元の銘酒『黒龍』の無二を見かけたのは人生初です。

滋賀出身の宮崎大将のこだわりが詰まったお料理の数々、お料理を提供することが本当に楽しそうで、見ていても嬉しくなります。おもてなしに溢れていて、気配り上手、使われている食器一つ一つにも愛情とこだわり、美的センスが感じられ、3時間弱でしたが、あっという間の出来事の様です♪美味しかった。是非また伺いたいです。ごちそうさまでした。
