We use Kagoshima black beef that won two consecutive victories at the National Wagyu Beef Competition. As a cooking method that brings out the maximum flavor of meat, a butcher shop with a history of over 60 years has arrived at the answer through trial and error: ``stone oven grilling.'' The radiant heat emitted from the stone oven, which emits far-infrared rays, makes the outside crispy and the inside moist. Please enjoy this gem of a dish that we offer with confidence.
Food Wagyu Beef Kaiseki Course where you can fully enjoy high-quality Wagyu beef
There are four different courses that use not only each cut of Wagyu beef, but also tail and beef fat, making the most of the meat that has been entrusted to them. The Tokinokane Course is particularly recommended. From appetizers to desserts, they offer dishes that make the most of the potential of each cut, such as a dashi-chazuke style dish made with tail soup, as well as chocolate gateau and cheesecake, made with a smooth finish made from beef fat. Another plan that is recommended is the shabu shabu course, which is served with their specialty wasabi sauce.

Our restaurant has a calming atmosphere. The modern and stylish interior is based on a black theme, and artwork by artists from Fukui Prefecture is displayed on the walls. Seating options include counter seats where you can enjoy watching the cooking, semi-private rooms where you can relax without worrying about others, and private rooms that can accommodate 2-20 people. We can also accommodate reserved for private parties of 16-28 people, and we also lend out projectors and microphones. In addition to dining, entertaining, and banquets, we can also accommodate plates with messages, making it a great place for celebrations.
