西武福井横の福井駅前横丁の「大衆酒場ラドン」さんがリニューアルして、大衆お寿司屋さんへ。
店内は以前とかわらず昭和レトロな雰囲気。カウンターあっても厨房は奥なので、寿司居酒屋さんのようなイメージです。
・本日の3貫盛り（399円）あじ、すずき、さごしでした、酢飯が赤酢なのでしゃりがほんのり赤茶に色づいています。まろやかなしゃりでした。
・レアサーモン天（399円）このレアは「貴重」ではなく、「焼き加減」のレアで、身がほんわかやわらかく、塩をつけてレア感を楽しめました。
・巻かない寿司ということで、「いか明太」と「とろたく」（各399円）を注文。巻かないだけあって具沢山でした。
・若狭牛盛り（499円）すき焼き風の味付けでしょうががアクセントになります。
・ぶりかま（450円）本日のおすすめから選択。コスパ抜群。
・がさ海老の唐揚げ（399円）がさ海老は、やっぱり唐揚げより刺身の方がおいしいかなと思いました。
まだまだ変わり種、インスタ映えしそうな創作寿司があるので、また食べに行きたいと思います。
