The main dish we offer is Wakasa beef, a branded Wagyu beef from Fukui Prefecture. Its appeal is that it has a lot of lean meat, has a refreshing taste, and is easy to eat. We recommend the ``thick-sliced upper skirt steak'' which is approximately 4cm thick and is full of volume! The secret to the deliciousness is the special sauce made by blending fruits with soy sauce and miso made from local spring water! Also, ``Wasabi Kalbi'', which has wasabi on one side of the meat, is a great dish with just the right amount of spiciness and refreshing aroma from the wasabi.
