北前、茶碗蒸し付きでオーダーしました
カウンターでのお寿司ってわくわくしますよね☆
ガラスのネタケースの向こうには若くは無いんだろうｹﾄﾞ気持ちが若そうな旦那。
恐らく４０代
一つ一つ握っては魚の種類を教えてくれて、
三国の冬の天気、雷が鳴ったときの家電製品の守り方など教えてもらいました☆
引っ越しして初めての越冬だったので酷く脅された感覚でした☆
ほのぼのとした時間がながれ、裏切り感の無い、しっかりとキチンとしたお寿司は大満足。
おまけで卵を追加してにぎってもらいました☆
