久しぶりの越前蟹の坊さん。
東尋坊に行くときはいつもお世話になっており、年末年始の恒例ですね。
予約しようとしたんですが、予約枠が一杯で当日来店しかダメでした。。。
いつも賑わっているんですが、この日はお客様がまばら。やっぱり能登半島地震の影響でしょうか。普段よりも空いていました。
ここに来たら甘えびてんこ盛り丼とせいこがにグラタンです！！！！もうコレ！美味しい！
でも今回は甘えびてんこ盛り丼は嫁さんに譲って、私はこだわりマグロ丼を頂きました。
◯せいこがにグラタン
濃厚なグラタンで、せいこがにの内子が入ってるので、食感がプチプチしていて、蟹の風味が広がってすごく美味しい逸品です！
せいこがにメニューは冬季限定ですが、これだけは通年で楽しめるのもいいですね！
◯甘えびてんこ盛り丼
甘エビの甘みが存分に楽しめる逸品です！まず見た目に吸い込まれますよね。表面がテッカテカでツヤッツヤの甘えびに食欲をそそられます。あっという間になくなってしまって、もっと食べたいってなりすよね。
◯こだわりマグロ丼
まぐろの赤身とトロ、サーモンが一度に楽しめます。臭みが一切なく、赤身は歯切れが良いし、トロは口に入れたらすぐにとろける。最後まで飽きが来ずに楽しめる逸品ですね！
やっぱり最高でした越前蟹の坊。敦賀にもあったらいいのに。
