The fascinating Echizen grated soba made from soba noodles and grated daikon radish

We visited for lunch before visiting Eiheiji Temple on our Golden Week trip to Fukui. We were the 29th group to arrive, 30 minutes before opening, and had to wait for over 90 minutes. The middle school boys were in a bad mood. We waited patiently and entered the restaurant. The menu was simple, with two types of soba: Kenzou soba, served with a special dashi broth made from squeezed radish and Oroshi soba, served with grated radish, and 5-go soba, which you can order depending on the amount you want. We ordered 7 go for four people because we didn't know how much to expect, but it wasn't enough, so we ordered an additional 5 go. (The kids could still eat, but there was no end to it.) The taste was as you would expect from a 100-famous restaurant! The soba was fresh and the dashi broth was delicious. Thank you for the meal. By the way, they also have electronic payment.
