越前の旨い魚と
最高の越前蟹が味わえるお店。
この日は同業仲間と久しぶりに再訪。
前日に越前蟹の「極」の値段を聞いてみたところ
何と！1匹最低30万〜の予約制との事。
……
流石に30万は無理なので「極」は諦めてお店へ
お店は改築されており
以前とは見違える外観と内装。
生け簀も綺麗になっています。
注文方法は以前と同じ。
蟹を選んで
食べ方を選び(茹で、焼き、刺し、しゃぶしゃぶ)の中から選びます。
当日選んだ蟹は 「1.5キロ以上の極おち」
1匹110000円
この日1番大きな越前蟹を注文
(1.71キロと1.62キロの超大型越前蟹！)
2匹注文したねで大きな蟹だけど1匹110000で良いとサービスして頂けました。
越前蟹(極落ち) 110000円 ×2(税込)
1匹は刺身と焼き、
1匹は茹ででお願いしました。
(お通し、刺身盛り合わせ、注文した蟹を使用した名物の蟹丼、味噌汁、香の物付き)
お通しから美味しい！
刺身盛り合わせは生け簀から取れたばかりの新鮮なイカを使用。
食べる直前でも少し動いていました。
他の甘エビや鯛も美味しい！
そしていよいよ越前蟹！
1.5キロオーバーの蟹はズワイガニ蟹と言うより
タラバガニの様な大きさ！
焼き蟹は甘さが増してめちゃくちゃ美味しい！
やはり蟹は焼き蟹が1番好きです。
刺身もこれだけ大きな蟹になると食べ応え抜群！
これも素晴らしい味。
茹では間違いない美味しさ！
〆は名物の蟹丼。
蟹味噌入りの甲羅に蟹の身、大根おろしを入れ
それを白米の上へ！
最高でした。
これ程の越前蟹を食べる事はもう無いと思いますが、悔いの残らない程堪能しました。
最後のお会計は何と
