丁度昨年の今頃、レビューでこの開高丼の写真を拝見した瞬間から伺ってみたくて電話してみたものの予約などできるはずもなく時は流れて、、
4か月ほど前に素晴らしいお知らせが届きました。
こばせさんの予約が取れました。
すっごい！！✨

そして当日。
名古屋から福井まで170キロの道のりを往復運転してくださいました。

やっぱり一番は開高丼です✨
蟹出汁で炊いてあるのでご飯まで美味しい。
そして見たまま素晴らしい開高丼、綺麗過ぎます✨
美味し過ぎます〜
