I visited at lunchtime. I had the Echizen Fully Enjoyed Gozen. There were many dishes, including appetizers, sashimi, Simmered dish, Sushi, steamed dishes, a meal (soba noodles with grated daikon radish), and fruits (pears and homemade mizuyokan). As you would expect from a traditional Japanese restaurant, the tokonoma alcove had a hanging scroll of sweetfish, an incense burner, and a flower arrangement of ground cherries. It would be nice if there was music playing. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we ate in silence, so it was quiet. Isn't it a little early for the cosmos pattern on the paper? It's August, though. The sashimi was the best, and the fish from Fukui was fresh and delicious. The steamed dish was chawanmushi, which contained white fish, which you won't find at other restaurants. The mizuyokan served with the last fruit was homemade and not too sweet. The tea served at the beginning was delicious, and it was made by adding matcha to gyokuro. The tea served at the end was different, and hand towels were served twice, once at the beginning and once at the end.
