平日お昼のランチどき、福井県越前海岸沿いにある「海の幸 食処 えちぜん」さんです。
此処は以前に通り沿いに存在していることを確認し、その佇まい、雰囲気から是非とも立ち寄りたいとおもっていたお店。
念願叶ってというより狙って訪問しました。
ボリュームのある定食が頂けるお造り定食や、一人舟盛りも気になりましたが、これは次回の楽しみにして今回はまずはこれを食べなければと思っていた「海の幸丼（1,870円）」をお願いしてみました。いわゆる海鮮丼です。
平皿に近いような丼に豊富な海の幸が盛り沢山に彩られた丼。
ネタはどれも大きく新鮮。
ご飯は冷たい感じではなく、決してネタを温めないほどのほんのりとした温もり。
優しい美味しさが伝わってくる感じです。
また一緒に付いてきた味噌汁の具のワカメが分厚くボリュームのある感じも手を抜いてない感じがして感動します。
やはり此処を選んで正解でした。
福井県の越前海岸沿いR305には此処の他、美味しそうな海鮮料理を提供してくれそうなお店が沢山あります。これを一つ一つ訪問しながら、比較していくのも楽しそう。
此処にはまた家族を連れて訪れたいと思います。
