北陸の皆さんへ今私たちができることとして、少しでもの経済活動、という思いから行って参りました
食は、お昼前にブランチ、夕方前に遅めのランチという感じで、計2食で計画しました
まずは1食目です
えちぜんさんは10:30開店ということで、ブランチにはピッタリです
11:00に予約して伺ったのですが、早くも先客が何組もいるという状態
否が応でも期待が膨らみます
4月からは蟹メニューは無くなります、ということでしたが、お店で値段を見てびっくり！
正直、4月で良かったなと思ってしまいました・・汗
蟹でなくともメニューは絶品でした
朝獲れた鮮魚がメニューになるということで期待度MAXです
ほたるいか刺身、はたはた黄金造り、ご飯セット(大盛り)をオーダーしました
聞くところによるとほたるいかの刺身は、よほど鮮度が良くないとできないらしく、とても珍しいメニューということです
ラッキーです
はたはた、正直どんな魚が分かってなかったので、出された時、あまりの小ぶりさ加減で贅沢さにびっくりしました 笑
ただ、はたはた、動いてます！ 驚きました！
味は、鮮度抜群のため言うまでもありません
また滅多に食べられない鮮魚を食べている、と言うことを考えると気持ち的にも自然と満たされます
部屋から見える景色も落ち着いていて良かったです
帰り際、いけすを覗いたら、タグのついた越前蟹がたくさんいました！
次回はお金を貯めて、越前蟹に挑戦してみたいと思います！
