越前カニを堪能できました

１５年ぶり位に越前玉川温泉にきました。昔と全然変わらない雰囲気です。

カニの旅館はカニの臭いが気になるのですが、この旅館は気にならなかったのが好印象です。

だされた料理はもちろんカニづくし。ズワイ蟹に香箱蟹に焼き蟹に蟹の刺身に蟹の天麩羅に、これにプラス舟盛りにばい貝。そしてにカニ雑炊と蟹づくしのフルコースを堪能できました。

ブランド化された越前蟹はなかなか高くて口には入りませんが、たまにはこんな贅沢はいいなと思いますね。

接客もとても良く、施設も越前の割に良く、再度利用したいとこでした。
