福井県の越前海岸を一望できる安らぎの旅館、"旅籠おけや"さん。日本海の旬のお料理を味わえる海岸沿いのお宿です。旅館がメインにされている旅籠おけやさんですが、お昼は食事処としても営業されています。
【※『旅籠 おけや』となっていますが、お食事処は正確には"遊膳"が正しい様です。】
さて今回、おけやさんに訪問しようと思ったのは、ホームページのメニューに福井サーモン丼の写真が載っていたからです。ほどよく上品な脂ののりと芳醇な旨みが自慢の福井サーモン目当てに、車を走らせやってきました！おけやさん。
旅館とお食事処の入り口は兼用されている様で、玄関で靴を脱いで館内へ。お食事したい事を伝えると、お食事処のカウンターに案内してくれました。(カウンター5席・小上がり席4卓)
席に座り、メニュー表を確認した所、あれ？あれ？あれれ？お目当ての"ミニ福井サーモン丼"がありません。隅から隅まで2度見しても見つからない…。
店員さんに聞いた所、出荷の最盛期は4～5月頃との事で、4月中旬からでないと取り扱っていないとの事でした。それならホームページに、"現在の時期は取り扱っていません"と書いといてほしいと思ったのは、まあ、内緒の話です。
さて、そうなってくると何を食べようか悩みます。
越前がに？うーん…蟹味噌そんなに得意でないし、そもそもそんなに(お金)持ち合わせてないし…。
悩んだ結果、マイレビの7f2953さんと同じ紅白丼を頼む事に！
壁には、芸能人やアナウンサーのサイン色紙が貼られているのですが、一部は棚に隠れて見えません。「えっ⁉︎これで良いの？」と思いながら待ってると、約10分程経った頃に紅白丼の登場です。
◆紅白丼 (味噌汁、漬物付き )¥2850
蟹の脚のむき身とイカ刺しの盛り合わせ丼です。
酢飯の上につまがひかれ、その上に蟹身とイカ刺しが豪勢に乗っています。
わさび、生姜の薬味が付いているので、醤油で溶かして、それぞれ上からぶっかけて食べました。
蟹身は甘くて旨味たっぷり、イカ刺しは肉厚がありコリコリと歯応えがあり、噛めば噛むほど旨味が溢れます。醤油は少し甘めで、酢飯とよく合います。
定食をはじめ、海鮮丼や単品料理など豊富なメニューを取り揃えてある『旅籠 おけや(お食事処遊膳)』さん。越前海岸の新鮮な海の幸をふんだんに使った刺身や海鮮丼が人気高いとの事です。興味がある方は訪問してみて下さい。
