今庄駅近くにあるお店。
駅を出てすぐ案内の看板がみつかったのですぐに辿り着けました。
趣のある昔からある蕎麦屋さんという感じの建物。
店内にはカウンターが数席と座敷がいくつかありました。
メニューをみると季節限定の「ししそば」というのがあって、
とっても気になったのですが、まずは基本のおろし蕎麦を注文。
麺は細め。だけどもコシはしっかりありました。
おろしの辛さもほんのり辛くて丁度いい感じ♪
蕎麦湯は急須で出てきました。
食べ終わった後のつゆに自分で蕎麦湯を注いで飲むそうです。
今までお茶代わりにそのまま飲んでいたんですが、こういう飲み方もあるんですね。
メニューには蕎麦以外にも「干し柿」や「くま料理」など今庄らしいものがありました。
取材お断りとの噂もあるお店だったので、怖～い職人さんがいらっしゃるのかな～？とドキドキしながらお店に入ったのですが、若くてきれいな女性３人しか見当たらず、ちょっとホっとしました(笑)
