今庄の駅前にある老舗のそば屋さん。
老舗らしい趣ある店がまえ。
店内はカウンターと小上がり、奥に座敷があります。
一番乗りでしたがすぐに店内は満席。
こちらも今庄そばらしく細めのそばです。
量が少ないと言うことで、わさびそばとおろしそばのセットを注文。
食感があり食べごたえがあるそば。
田舎そばと違い、細かいそば粉を使うことで十割でも細目のそばが打てるとのこと。
おろしそばの大根は普通の大根おろしで、さっぱりとしてました。
あと、印象に残ったのがそば湯。
冷たいおろしそばを食べたあとは、ねっとりとしたそば湯で温まる。
なんとも贅沢な。
