武生といえば "中華そば"。武生の三大グルメのひとつとされております。
以前から気になっていたのに試していなかった、唐揚げのセットをいただきました。
「中華そばセット」￥900 です。
唐揚げは揚げたてをお出ししますので、少々お待ちを… とのことで、先に唐揚げ以外がサーブされました。
「若竹」さんの "中華そば" は、いつもどおりの安定の味わいです。
もっちりめの麺を、すっきりと透き通ったスープでいただく。
やはりホッとしますなー。
そして、すぐに登場してきた唐揚げ。
あっさりとした味わいですが、なかなかジューシー。
ご飯との相性が非常にいい気がします。
そして、このご飯とお漬物の組み合わせがシンプルに美味しいのだ。
